Bulk Order School Supplies (survey to be completed by Jan.21st))

For the last two years, Agnes Davidson has been doing a bulk order of school supplies (pencils, erasers, notebooks, etc.) and then charging the parents a fee for these items.  In years prior, a class supply list was posted and parents were responsible for shopping for the items which were then brought to the school by the students.  We committed to a minimum of two years doing the bulk order before collecting information on how we would like to proceed.  Your answers to this survey will be used to help determine how we proceed with school supplies for the 2024-2025 school year.  This survey will be open until Sunday, January 21st.  https://forms.office.com/r/8BWEsvftEQ
