Mrs. Terra Leggat
Principal
Starting my teaching career in 1998, I first began teaching in Red Deer then Calgary before making my way to Lethbridge. Since that time, in 2008, I have spent all but one year teaching at Ecole Agnes Davidson School, first in Kindergarten, then Grade 5, followed by Learning Support, Grade 4 French Immersion, Assistant Principal, Vice-Principal, and now Principal. In the year I was gone, I was the Inclusive Education Coordinator for Lethbridge School division. I am so happy to be back supporting the staff, community, and most importantly, the students of Davidson.
I am the mother of two children, one in middle school and one in high school, both of whom are going through the French Immersion program in our division. I also have a loving and supportive husband. In our free time as a family we like to hike, ride bikes, camp, and generally enjoy the outdoors. I also love to hit the gym, read, and scrapbook all the memories I make with my family.
Supporting all students is my passion. I have a strong belief in Inclusive Education and know that every student has a place within this school. I believe in Best Practices in the teaching profession and will work hard with both the staff and students at Agnes Davidson to ensure everyone's success.
