Cultural Food Tasting (Tortière Meat Pie)
On November 29th the students will enjoy Tortière. Tortière is a French Canadian dish that is often enjoyed over the holidays.
We will be serving a gluten free option and a pork free option. If your child has anaphylactic allergies, connect with your child's teacher about a home alternative. Your child will still participate in all the activities and learning opportunities.
There is NO EGG in the Tourtière.
Lethbridge Polytechnic will be providing our dishes.
